  1. Sweet and Sour Chicken – Batter-dipped white meat chicken with onions, carrots, and bell peppers in sweet and sour sauce.
  2. Lemon Chicken – Chicken breast dusted in Japanese bread crumbs topped with our tangy lemon sauce.
  3. Almond Chicken – Stir-fried with diced water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peas, carrots, and topped with toasted almonds.
  4. Kung Pao Chicken       – Stir-fried with diced water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peas, carrots, and toasted peanuts.
  5. Moo Goo Gai Pan – Chicken with fresh mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots in a white garlic sauce.
  6. Sa-Cha Chicken or Beef       – Sautéed with onions, zucchini, carrots, baby corn, snow peas, and bamboo shoots in our unique, spicy seafood sauce.
  7. Pepper Steak or Chicken – Crisp onions and green bell peppers in our classic brown sauce.
  8. Broccoli Chicken or Beef – Stir-fried with broccoli, carrots, and bamboo shoots.

  19. Shrimp in Lobster Sauce – Shrimp simmered in a white garlic sauce with broccoli, straw mushrooms, egg, peas, and carrots.
